Drawing up his own way" is the philosophy of Guti. He shone in the world of Jazz at early age, he demonstrates to be a sensible & intense pianist, with his own language, playing in some of the biggest stadiums & winning golden records in South America in the last decade as a rock musician. In 2006, life take him to a new path: House music. Curious, ironic & creative, fusing electronic music with his jazz & latin roots, Guti quickly became one of the most eager & interesting producers of the Latino American house scene. He shown his amazing live set in the best clubs of the world performing as a Desolat Artist. Currently his music is also running on Crosstown Rebels, Wolf & Lamb Supplement Facts, Raum..Musik and other top labels. Poducers & DJ´s like Carl Cox, Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Loco Dice, Marco Carola, Steve Lawler, Seth Troxler among other international artists are playing his full of soul productions all arround the planet. Finally he will release his first album on Loco Dice & Martin Buttrich´s prestigious label Desolat on early 2011.

tilllate.com: As you come from Argentina, what can you tell us about your country?
How do you feel when playing music there? How are the people reacting to your music?

Guti: Its a magic country, we suffered a lot in the past so we are tough but creative. i love playing there and i am still discovering it. good thing is i will be playing there for a long time, so we have time to fall in love yet.
 

tilllate.com: Being in the Desolat family is an incredible thing. How did it all start?

Guti: It began with Dice. so many years  go and yes its incredible, love support and great artists, what else you can ask for?
 

tilllate.com: You have serious musical background - raised in a family of musicians and with a route through jazz and rock music. What pushed you to get into electronic music?

Guti: life, music, love and chance. But here i am!
 

tilllate.com: Tell us a little bit about your studio-setup? Is there something you can't live without while making music?

Guti: All my keyboards. I love them all, I love a red korg sv1. it's kind of my girlfriend.
 

tilllate.com: Who is the artist that you would recommend us to follow at the moment - a new talent rising maybe?

Guti: Premiesku makes me crazy... so amazing.
 

tilllate.com: You're coming in Romania for the 11th anniversary of Nights.ro. As this is an anniversary, what is the crowd going to expect from your act? Any tracks you're dying to present us?

Guti: I always perform new ,music, for my Romania it's so special because they know. So u respect that. I'll try to give my best as always.
 

tilllate.com: How do you like to work with Livio and Roby, part of the Desolat familyand our Romanian talents.

Guti: they changed my view in music. they are the best for me. and also we have a very special relationship.
 

tilllate.com: And now, to get more serious :) who would you be if you were a comic-book super-hero?

Guti: i still dream about i can fly. so i guess. superman!
